Headquartered in Beijing, Zenith is a liability limited company with registered capital of RMB 10million and a branch set up in Shanghai. Our company is committed to serve the Chinese insurance market and in line with the international market. In addition to our continuing emphasis on traditional businesses, we are dedicated to the development of various new insurance products and services to satisfy the diverse needs of the rapid growing customer base.
In May 2016, Zenith successfully registered as a Lloyd's Broker, marking a significant milestone in our specialization and comprehensiveness. This achievement enables us to provide more open, secure, and comprehensive services as well as reinsurance channels to the Chinese insurance market.
Furthermore, in December 2018, Zenith was formally approved as a pilot Coverholder for Lloyd's Insurance Company (China) Ltd ("LICCL"). Since January 1st, 2019, we have been authorized by LICCL to underwrite reinsurance business within our scope of authority according to the terms of the Binding Authority Agreement signed with LICCL.
